Francesca Diano serves as a guide in the realm of movement, drawing wisdom from the ancient teachings of yoga and beyond. With more than a decade of experience, she has devoted herself to enhancing wellness for clients in both North America and Italy. Her teachings and guidings are rooted in 3 fundamental ingredients: daily movement, intuitive eating, and connection to self-expression.

My approach to wellness

Everything within and outside of us is deeply connected. How we eat affects the way we feel. The way we eat affects the way we move. What we bring into our bodies, radiates out.

Move to the rhythm of your own breath. In your movement practice, your breath should guide your movement as you lose yourself to the rhythmic flow inside your body.

Allow yourself to be who you are, as unique as you are. Let yourself be expressed in all that you do. Create the physical space around you into a space that makes you feel good.

Eating is a great joy of life. I am passionate about offering creative adjustments to enjoy eating and prioritizing eating for your wellbeing.

I recall a time when my emotional state would fluctuate significantly due to tension and discomfort in my body. Despite having a natural inclination towards "eating well," I didn't consistently nourish myself or eat in accordance with hunger cues. I understood that many of my past feelings of anxiety stemmed from simply being hungry and struggling with blood sugar balance. I remember when moments of anxiety would dominate both my mind and body, leaving little room for anything else.

Nowadays, things have changed drastically because I focused everyday on how I EAT, MOVE & FEEL. What's truly crucial is maintaining rituals that foster a sense of self. 

For me, incorporating intentional movement with breath is paramount. The practice of intuitive eating and the creation of a living environment that mirrors your passions and identity while nurturing a sense of ease are essential components of daily life.

Francesca Diano, BA, Certified Nutrition Practitioner, Culinary Nutrition Expert & Reiki training all in Toronto, Canada. First Yoga teacher training took place in Kerala, India. Her second teacher training was in Bali as she followed online. After India, she moved to Calabria, Italy, creating one of the first Yoga communities in Southern Calabria at the time. Catch Francesca Diano travelling back and forth from Canada to Italia working with clients both online & in person. From Full Moon Beach Events to Country group movement sessions.

1:1 Personalized Movement & Breath: These sessions are more than just a movement class, this is a complete experience curated for your specific body. We focus on your goals and desires, and we work together to bring you to a sense of ease within your body.

  • Working with breath, movement & other techniques.
  • Allowing the body and mind to feel balanced, while strengthening & releasing.
  • Leaving knowing how to integrate movement into your daily routine. 

Group Sessions: Gathering in group and sharing in the experience of movement following the rhythmic flow of our breath. 

  • Working on breath and movement.
  • Fusing together asanas as well as connecting to intuitive movement. 
  • Leaving class feeling lighter and relaxed, yet energized.

  • Melt into a deep Shavasana relaxation infused with the ancient practice of Reiki and traditional intuitive, intentional prayer.

Pregnancy: Allow these sessions to help you feel good throughout your pregnancy. Ease your mind and body by practicing positions and breathing techniques that will support you during your pregnancy journey and in labour. These sessions will help you connect with your body and the baby growing inside you, sustaining a calm and comfortable pregnancy.

Postpartum: Coming back into your body. After the incredible transformation of creating and birthing a human, allow these sessions to guide you back to comfort and connection with your body, using breathing techniques and movement.

Baby & Me: Experience a movement session dedicated to your body and mind with your baby by your side. Allow your baby to co-regulate with you as you tap into the rhythm of your breath, soothing your nervous system and relieving tension from your body.

Nourish Pre/Post Baby: Inspirational guidance and simple ways to nourish both you and your baby. Learn to eat for your wellbeing and baby’s without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
